Week 15 period

Sagan 4 has entered a new timeline week. The amount of species per generation has increased from 20-24. There are no changes to the map this time. The weeks are named after Sagan 4 team members. The name of the week 15 period is the “Martykian Period”.
There is also a new simplified size standard for posting creature submissions.
