yes this is something that has come to my mind several times, why not drawing the babies for the species?, i mean well the staged creatures like the Charybdis showed all their life transitions and we know the larvae of some Saucebacks.....but what happens for example to plents?, to shrews?, to ukfauna?, maybe we could make a contest of "the cutest baby" the same way as the diorama contests, so we can choose an specie from any time period and make its baby form-

what you think?

Well when you make a species you can always add additional images for stuff like babies. You just cannot have only a picture of a baby.

A few of the more recent Bandersnatches have the snipes shown. I admit though I like the idea of seeing more young, especially if they differ from the adults in some way (such as coloration). Perhaps we should list here all the species whose offspring have been illustrated so far (I don't think the list will be that long, though)

Its a little harder to do if you add them after the fact. I do not see why ones with pictures cannot be collected into a list or redrawn into a gallery. And of course new ones can always be made for new species. I am just saying that already approved species should not have baby images made since it may conflict with decedents.

good point, so, how about the idea of a contest?, just with creatures from the current week or the current generation.....like as we have a gallery for dioramas, we could have a baby gallery.....

I think we should add the baby pictures to the organism's wiki page as well, with credits under it.

yeah especially if the "owner" of the species provides the baby pictures. Also FYI I'm totally on board with P.E.'s idea.
