Most of the worlds reefs aren't made from life forms, but from rocks or sand.

What about making Mason Water Table have hydrothermal vents, similar to those on the mid-atlantic ridge(and I suppose Rhodix and Otter), caused by Sagan4's tidal force? It would also be nice to have a sea cave to connect the sea and the water table, I was going to do a landmark, but it seems all the slots have been filled.

I think that tidepools are more of a sub-biome. Maybe you could establish that with a landmark?
Indeed tidpools would be a landmark that could be found in beach biomes. Just like hot springs can be found in volcanic biomes. Also reefs would be more of a colony organism rather than a biome. Much like the "symbioship" super organism. Wouldn't a rainforest be the exact same thing then, yet we have those.

That's like comparing The Caspian Sea with the Atlantic Ocean.

But its still a bunch of organisms living together in symbiosis, just like a "super-organism".

"Rainforest" is just saying that its a biome that has a lot of rain. It better than saying "Darwin Tropical Wet Biome".

This would either be considered "shallows" or "coast" in Sagan 4. Note that Shallows, Coasts, Bays, and Seas are all basically the same thing except for their shape. Sea = Sunlight Zone with shallow bottom and surrounded with beach on most sides. Bay = Sunlight Zone with shallow bottom and surrounded with beach all but one side. Coast = Sunlight Zone with shallow bottom and beach on one side. Shallows = Sunlight Zone with shallow bottom and surrounded with ocean on all sides.

Just an idea, it might be cool next week to have some archipelagos instead of large sub-continent "islands".

Perhaps Mason waters should have an abundance of white smokers, unlike Sagon IV which appears to have an abundance of black smokers. As they tend to be cooler than black smokers, it could potentially fit with Mason losing most of its volcanic activity.
Wikipedia: "White smokers refer to vents that emit lighter-hued minerals, such as those containing barium, calcium, and silicon. These vents also tend to have lower temperature plumes."
Also, perhaps Mason could have a hydrothermal field akin to "Lost City".

The problem is naming. The more team members we have the more I can name. Which is why was able to add some more biomes than in past weeks.

It could just be the "Name" Archipelagos.

But what would you do if you wanted something it live on one specific island? Each island at minimum would have a beach and a land biome, possibly more than one biome too.
