I'm hoping to evolve the Toothbrush Arthrofin, and I was wondering if the larger arms were connected to the creature's underside? I'm thinking of positioning them so that they're facing from behind the head, to be used as paddles for swimming? I'm trying to make something like a Eurypterid.

They come of from the edge/middle, but i don't see why the limbs could not change their position to the bottom of the head.

I was just thinking, if an organism that lives in the temperate coasts as well as the polar coasts before the Ice Age and still lives during the Ice Age, shouldn't it theoretically be able to recolonize temperate coasts when they return?

The entire ecosystem has changed since then. Not to mention I have enough to sort out. In short its easier (for me) to have you just evolve a species to migrate into the new coasts.

jsut to make sure, I've seen some ecosystem lists that don't show micro/macro. Does this jsut mean there are no micros in that particular biome?

All micros are being converted into global genus groups. Note that while they may not be in every biome on Sagan 4 they are in biomes that do not need to be connected. See the Genus Group topic on how thy work.

For instance on land there are Pioneeroots and Glaalgaes growing everywhere. Even biomes that have no macro sized flora. This means even small fauna can move into an "empty" biome without worry of starving to death.

In short the ones with "Micro" still are just biomes that have microbes that have not been converted into a genus group yet. Feel free to make a genus group for those that are left.

Because before it's descendent was evolved, it was only found in the twilight zone, which disappeared two weeks ago.

Should the Ichthypede be extinct given that its food source is gone?

No because its a planktivore so it can eat all the other microbes there. However it should probably be updated or made into a gens group with all the other cave pedes.

What do you call the area of between the Jaydoh Temperate Coast and the Koopa Tropical Coast, is that still the Jujubee Tropical Ocean, or something else?

Its Jujubee Tropical Ocean but only goes down as deep as the Twilight Zone. Is a shallower ocean.

Nuts, I was thinking about evolving an aquatic Tamow, kind of like a Desmostylian, that would colonize some of the islands of Barlowe.

Well to get any of the Jaydoh shrews off it would take a few generations. Such as a sea otter like evolution and then possibly a more marine version later to cross the ocean.

I would be willing to do the first one if you would like to do another swap with me.

Well, let me get the others done after this upcoming Friday, I have to study for BIO 181. Then I can finish and do another swap or two.
