Snappermaw Scylarian (Serpentis magnus)

Creator: shachonianX
Ancestor: Schutzhund Scylarian
Generation: 152
Habitat: Artir Polar Bay
Size: 55 cm Long
Diet: Carnivore (Elongated Gilltail, Red Echofin, Frabukis, Clinging Belumbia, Rosy Scylarian young)
Reproduction: Sexual, 2 Genders, Live Birth

Splitting from its ancestor, the Snappermaw Scylarian has stopped living on the sea floor, and has become more powerful. The Snappermaw Scylarian has a very large mouth, allowing it to swallow larger prey. It also has bigger fins, which helps it move quicker, allowing it to catch up to fleeing prey quicker. To attract mates, the Snappermaw Scylarian has developed bigger and more colorful dorsal fins.

Young are born in groups of 6-8, but normally half of them survive. Baby Snappermaw Scylarians are shorter than their adult forms, and have shorter whiskers. The young leave their parents shortly after being born to find a new area with plentiful food. It usually takes 2-4 years for Snappermaw Scylarians to reach adulthood.

Welcome! Just a few things ...

1. Your image need the Gen number in it. Such as  in one of the corners.

2. In the description species names need to be lowercase. Such as ...

"The lion lives in Africa." not "The Lion lives in Africa."

Other than that it looks good. Please re-post with the changes listed above.

@Nergali: Easy enough. I have a program that allows me to add text to photos.

@Hydromancerx: I can fix that.

@shachonianX

Welcome to the Team! Please re-post your species in the organism submission section. Once there I will merge it in the generation thread. Feel free to post as often as you want.

@nicksb

Please do a Sagan 4 species, not a Mason one. You can post Mason ones after you join.
I joined in 2010 with a Mason species. I guess the rules changed.
