That's the same as the normal volcano. One can place a volcano in the ocean if they wanted with the existing disasters.

Am I right that Sagan 4 is about to have a volcanic desaster within the next few gens? Because the new Orbital Voltflora topic seems to imply this?
Also if so is the Ice Age going to get worse? Or are the green house gases going to warm up the planet?

Well sicne most everything is out of the bag now I will just say it.... Yes and yes. A worse ice age is coming, however it will slowly get warmer as the ash in the atmosphere dissipates and the greenhouses gasses stay. Thus week 22 will be a 2nd ice age while week 23 will get us out of the ice age (or at least start us on that path of global warming to melt the glaciers).
