Thankyou. To be honest I wasn't overly impressed with the results, the picture isn't the best but I'm glad you guys like it.

Thanks Hydro Smiley.

Nothing else except your picture looks amazing Maniac! You've come on leaps and bounds. I like that you can see similarities with it's ancestor. More please =).

It would still be a good idea if you look at some of Hydros pic and compare his shading to yours, then try to copy his and put it on your animal. As the shading is still basically one large patch it isn't adding any detail.
8  Sagan 4 / Submission Graveyard / Re: Tailplent - Gen 148 on: May 04, 2011, 03:12:07 PM
Yeah thats good in the description. I can see the difference in the shading but before anyone else gets to this the shading is not meant to go just anywhere. There seems to be shading all over the body behind the neck and this doesn't make sense. If the sun were directly above the animal, dark shadows would be cast under the stomach and chin and behind the legs. Have a look at some of Hydros pictures and look at where the shading is and just how dark it is too.

God I think I can remember considering this at some point in the past. And simply put you're right, I can't Tongue.

Yeah I always struggled with shading, probably still do I'll have to see. I can see the shading but it is far too faint. It needs to be quite obvious just like in real life. Imagine the sun was out - it would cast a shadow under the tail, legs, belly, neck, ears and even the whiskers. It will enhance the picture no end and give much needed detail.

Personally I'd like to see more in the description too. Its great that you've described the differences but why have they changed? Whats the point of the tail and why have the ears become more pointy? If you explain these things it might be more likely that someone will want to evolve the Morokar further. I would like to do it myself but it's normally the description I look to for clues of how it might evolve and there isn't much to go on here at the moment.

This is all constructive criticism. You're drawing is good, nice outline of the jaw and detail on the ears. I would love to see this accepted Smiley.

12  Sagan 4 / Events / Re: Species/Landmark Swap!! on: May 02, 2011, 11:50:41 PM
Could you choose one though? The reason I'm doing a swap is because I've been away for so long I'm finding it hard to choose a species to evolve.

Too late I'm going to do the Lurehum Smiley.

15  Sagan 4 / Sagan 4 General / Re: What's Your Favorite Group? on: April 28, 2011, 09:56:30 AM
It was certainly before Mason. The newest kinds of animals were the Foi, Black Flora. The Blue Crystal Flora was just starting to evolve. I think that's were there was a gap. Some of these new animals I absolutely cannot see which group they fit into, which I think is great! Smiley
